Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18)

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Service at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. All the facilities were great, we enjoyed using the multiple pools, padel court and gym. The food was also great at each place we ate within the resort. Breakfast was also excellent.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. The hotel itself is vast but not imposing, it is beautiful with very well maintained landscaped gardens which make you feel like you’re walking through a big beautiful garden with lots of different areas to explore. We received a very warm welcome on arrival with a member of staff dealing with our luggage and another providing us with a much needed drink. Our check in staff were very friendly and lovely. The suite we chose was a fantastic size with its own swim up pool and provided us with adequate privacy and peace. The suite was beautifully decorated and laid out with extra amenities in the mini bar although we did pay for this in the Unlimited Luxury preferred club package (essentially all inclusive). The two large king size beds were very comfy and a good selection of pillows were provided. Room cleaning was offered everyday which we didn’t necessarily require but was always done to an exceptional standard. We had fabulous views from our suite and easy access to the bar if required. The choices of restaurants were fantastic and the food was to an very high standard. Our favourite was Portofino. Staff were always attentive and pleasant despite what we had read in other reviews. Pool areas were very clean and lounger towels were always available daily. The coffee shop we really enjoyed as a nice place to escape the sun and relax. Entertainment provided nightly was excellent with some of the acts being the best we’ve seen on any of our Spanish holidays. Location of the hotel was very good with only a 10 minute walk to Puerto Calero marina and shops. A small beach is also available by the hotel which was a bonus. Day time activities on offer were great with a good selection of physical and entertainment activities. The gym was a great size and well air conditioned with a fantastic selection of cardio and weight equipment on offer. The spa area looked lovely albeit we didn’t get a chance to use it.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms were fabulous with great views over the sea. The staff were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of cava for our room. The pool area is gorgeous and there were plenty of beds to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, they even had bubbles! Staff were so helpful, particularly the reception staff, porter and the guys on the towel booth at the pool. The location is amazing and has a gorgeous walk to the marina along the sea - only 10 minutes. It's a lovely quiet area just a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The gym is excellent and much better than most hotel gyms. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful hotel. We didn't do the all inclusive option as we have been to Lanzarote many times so we wanted to dine in our favourite places in Puerto del carmen. The Breakfast was a really food selection and nice fresh food. The rooms are big and spacious and the hotel is stunning. We really switched off and just relaxed by the pool. There is many activities on in the hotel that are included and also a gym, we didn't use as we were only there for 5 days so just wanted to relax but if you were there for any longer or don't like sitting by the pool its a great option. The marina is 10/15 minute sea view walk where there is a few shops and restaurants so you never really need to leave the hotel / area if you don't want to. We would 100% book again. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, in particular the man who brought our bags to our room was so kind and the girls behind the desk were too and the biggest plus is it's Adults only!! AMAZING

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.
